After Hours

Non-emergencies: Send an email to help@mobiusconsortium.org to open a Help Desk ticket

Emergencies: Call 1-877-366-2487, select Option 1, then follow the instructions to be connected to emergency staff

Office Closures

The MOBIUS office closes for the holidays listed below, the MOBIUS membership meetings, and during the MOBIUS conference. The MOBIUS Help Desk will be on emergency staffing during office closures. Please follow the After Hours procedures given above to contact staff during these times.
