Student ID numbers are student identification numbers plus "KCOM". Faculty/staff numbers are staff identification numbers plus "ATSU". None of these are social security numbers or barcode numbers.
Avila University KC-Towers last name + ID# + au

Faculty use their university login+au.
Baptist Bible College Swan BBC + 1st initial + 1st 4 letters of last name + 3-digit number (all letters are uppercase) + BBC example: BBCJSMIT123BBC  Old format barcodes of 14 digit barcode # + BBC example: 27200000012345BBC may still be in use with some students.
Central Methodist University  Avalon ID# + CMU

ID can contain from 1 to 6 digits.
Columbia College Arthur Univ. ID# + CC

ID numbers have only seven digits. The ID card with a background picture has a scannable barcode on the front. Other ID cards with the barcode on the back require the ID number on the front to be keyed. If the ID number has only six digits listed, type a zero as the first digit.

For most faculty, staff & students, use the university ID# (on-campus student ID cards have this on the front) plus WW. Off-campus students may not have their student ID# on their card, but it should be the same number they use for OwlNet. If they do not know their number or there are other problems, please have them call our library for assistance. NOTE: Most ID numbers will be six digits long, but some may be less than that.
