Reporting Damaged Items - IA Shares

To report Items damaged while traveling through the delivery system, please send an e-mail to help@mobiusconsortium.org and include the following information: 

• Name and contact information for the employee making the claim.
• Description of the damage including an image of the damaged item if possible.
• Format of the damaged item
• Replacement cost of the damaged item. 
• Payment information including full street address and whom the check should be made payable to.
