In 2020 MOBIUS was awarded a grant to support the first phase of a digitization implementation project using Vital by Innovative interfaces. The grant received funding for a third year and those funds were used to support the migration from Vital to Hyku for Consortia. Hyku for Consortia is an open-source, multi-tenant repository solution that is scalable and designed for the needs of consortia. The MOBIUS Hyku instance now live.
Hyku delivers ultra low-cost hosting, discovery, and access to digital materials to libraries.
Libraries using Hyku include Columbia College, Covenant Theological Seminary, Crowder College, East Central College, Kenrick Glennon Seminary, Midwestern Baptist Seminary, Missouri Baptist University, Missouri Southern State University, Missouri Valley College, Northwest Missouri State University, Southwest Baptist University, St. Louis Community College, Stephens College, Truman State University, Webster University, William Jewell College.
