Job Summary

The person in this position is responsible for overseeing, managing and maintaining the outreach and public service efforts of the Reeves Library. This person provides reference and public services to library patrons by assisting them with the use of library resources, while also supervising and training library student workers to provide consistent and effective services. This role will lead the library’s efforts in innovative and engaging student programming, outreach, and marketing.

Hire, train and supervise student workers that cover the service desk and serve as study zone monitors to provide quality customer service and basic assistance to library users.2. Create, implement and host various library events and programs that fit within the mission of Westminster College.
