The MOBIUS Membership representatives responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
approval and amendment of MOBIUS Bylaws and the Memorandum of Understanding; receipt and
approval of long range plans prepared at the direction of the Board of Directors; approval of
membership dues and fees; and election of members of the Board of Directors.
