Charge:
The charge of the MOBIUS Public Libraries Task Force was to define policies and procedures under which:
1. SGCL bibliographic and holdings information will be loaded into the MOBIUS Union Catalog;
2. direct patron borrowing will be enables for SGCL patrons against MOBIUS member collections and for MOBIUS member patrons agains the SGCL collection.
The task force completed its work by June 30, 2003. On the basis of the PLTF report, SGCL became the first MOBIUS Cooperating Partner.
This group does not currently have any members.

The MOBIUS fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
