Charge:
The Strategic Planning Task Force is responsible for developing the 2012-2015 version of the MOBIUS Strategic Plan. The group is composed of select members from diverse areas of the consortium. The group’s membership was chosen not to “represent” units or constituencies, but rather to bring diverse perspectives to the planning process. Most generally, the Task Force is charged to engage the MOBIUS community and diverse stakeholders in a thoughtful discussion of where the consortium is, where it should go, and how it should get there.Final Report
