Charge:
The purpose of this task force is to recommend an action plan for encouraging public libraries to become members of MOBIUS. The task force will recommend a framework of specific activities, programs, and services that public libraries may need and that MOBIUS could provide. In doing its work, this task force will have investigative discussions with public libraries, the State Library, and MOBIUS staff and members. This task force will submit its recommendations to the MOBIUS Board of Directors by Feb. 18, 2011.
