Cataloging Error Report Form
Cataloging contacts should use this form to report any errors that result in search and retrieval problems in the MOBIUS Union Catalog. Examples to report:
- Misspellings and typos which affect a search
- Incorrect filing indicators
Errors in the union catalog should be reported to the appropriate contact person at the cluster that contributed the bibliographic record to the union catalog. Only staff at the contributing cluster can correct an error in a union catalog bibliographic record. The contributing library is the library represented by the 049 code, when present, or by the 945 (having subfield 'o') in the MARC record.
After completing the information, click the "Send it in" button and the report will be sent to the cluster cataloging contact.
